When Scott was driving us from the airport our first night in Ukraine, he mentioned that the fields all around will be planted with sunflowers, “which look like the Ukrainian flag.”  So, I made this little picture.  It’s not a Ukrainian sunflower field--we haven’t seen those yet--but maybe we’ll get a photo of one soon.  We sure are enjoying the beauty of the countryside here!
